To help keep our competitions fair, safe and consistent, SLAC has clear requirements for uniforms and footwear. All registered athletes must wear the correct Centre uniform when representing SLAC outside of regular meets. This includes a singlet, crop or shirt option paired with black shorts. All tops must display the Coles sponsor logo on the right-hand side above the Little Athletics logo, and the Commonwealth Bank chest patch must be worn at all meets. Shoes must be worn at all time before, during, and after meets.
Uniform reminders
Athletes may wear compression shorts, regular shorts or leggings.
For regular SLAC meets, if the Centre uniform is not worn, clothing must still be appropriate for sporting activity and must not display offensive, inappropriate or unsafe imagery or logos.
If you forget your number patch, the registrar can provide a temporary replacement when you arrive.
Footwear expectations
All athletes must wear suitable footwear for their events. Full footwear regulations are outlined below.
Footwear must be worn at all times while at Lion's Park Sale, to decrease risk of injury to athletes and families.
External competitions
Uniform rules are strictly enforced at Region, State and Open Days. Athletes who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to compete, so please check your uniform ahead of time.
